Carlos Alejandro Denaro, an individual operating a business under Mexican law ("persona física con actividades empresariales y profesionales"), doing business as Oh! My Desserts & Snacks ("Oh! My," "we," or the "Data Controller"), based in Cancún, Quintana Roo, México, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations.

Through our quote form and other contact channels, we may collect the following personal data:

- Email address
- Phone number / WhatsApp
- Event date, venue and details
- Guest count
- Experience and booth style preferences
- Any additional information you choose to share
We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website.
Purposes of processing
Your personal data will be used for the following purposes necessary to the relationship between you and Oh! My:
- Responding to your quote request
- Coordinating the planning, logistics and delivery of your event
- Communicating with you before, during and after your event
We may also use your data for the following secondary purposes, which are not necessary but help us serve you better:
- Sending information about new experiences, promotions or availability
If you do not want your data used for these secondary purposes, you can let us know by emailing info@ohmydessertsmx.com. Declining these purposes will not affect the services you request from us.
Data sharing
Your personal data will not be shared with third parties outside of Oh! My, except service providers who support our business operations (for example, client management platforms or communication tools), who are required to protect your information under this same law and only for the purposes described here.
Your ARCO rights
Under Mexican law, you have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, as well as to object to its processing or revoke any consent you've given us (known as "ARCO" rights). To exercise any of these rights, send your request to info@ohmydessertsmx.com, including your full name, the data you'd like to access, correct or cancel (or the reason for your objection), along with documentation to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframes established by law.
